Few things are more romantic than a proposal on Christmas Eve!

Doug and I connected after his decision to propose to his sweet girlfriend, Eileen.

A crowded Christmas Eve at Longwood Gardens for a proposal has been one of the toughest challenges as a photographer.

But here comes my favorite part! Just as we were hopelessly surrounded by people, two lovely folks in wheelchairs noticed Doug going down on one knee. Swerving their chairs to keep the crowds at bay and give Doug and Eileen a quiet, romantic moment.

Have I mentioned how much I love people?

Proposals are one of the most challenging and exciting things to shoot as a wedding/engagement photographer. I was over joyed with the time I got to spend with Doug and Eileen!

These are the moments that mean the most to people, and this is why I do what I do!

Best of all, we had the chance to come back to Longwood for a beautiful (less crowded) engagement session!

They were such a sweet and darling couple and I loved sharing in so many laughs with them!
