Proposal at Dallas Arboretum & Botanical Gardens
In my personal opinion, the Dallas Arboretum & Botanical Gardens offers the most perfect backdrop for proposals! So when Michelle with Stunning & Brilliant Events reached out for my help I was so excited!
Moiz knew for awhile that he wanted to spend forever with Mehwish. So he enlisted the help of family and friends to make her day extra special. The loving attention to every detailed decor item and the 20 family members who showed up to help celebrate.
Every photo Moiz chose were from special moments in their lives and times when Mehwish felt beautiful and loved! Plus the addition of cute FRIENDS signage made it perfect!
The One Where They Get Engaged
The final countdown waiting with a future groom is always a small adrenaline rush. Watching every face that passes by trying to identify an almost fiancée is nerve wracking!
But finally we saw her! And it was the sweetest reunion as Mehwish ran up to greet her love.
Finally the moment arrived and it was an absolute joy to have Moiz and Mehwish’s family there to cheer on in excitement as she said yes!
It was such a beautiful and fun moment, surrounded by love. You could see it on the faces of Moiz and Mehwish, as well as all of their family.

One of my favorite parts about shooting proposals at the Arboretum, is that there are so many picturesque spots in each area! So whether you have time to kill before an engagement party, or just a few moments – there’s a great opportunity to get some lovely couples pictures!

So far, I’ve shot two proposals and a wedding at the Arboretum! Ever changing landscape of beautifully curated florals, to perfect hidden spots for photos make each session unique. And even with large crowds, there’s plenty of space for photos.
