Perfectly Pastel Dreams Styled Shoot
Pastel colors in weddings are always a good idea!
The Schoolhouse Venue in Dallas is one of my personal favorite venues in Dallas. Vintage charm with all white walls and ceilings (PERFECT for lighting), and it just happens to be where Bonnie – of Bonnie and Clyde – went to school!
For personal value, that holds a quirky significance to my own relationship and we dressed up as Bonnie and Clyde for our first Halloween.
So when Sage & Stem Co. was hosting a pastel shoot at The Schoolhouse the excitement was bubbling over! And it was the absolute perfect pastel dreamscape on a gloomy rainy Sunday in January. Plus, my first styled shoot with a DJ which was SO FUN!
The Pastel Dreamscape
One of the reasons I love doing styled shoots is getting to see vendors at their absolute most creative to show off their skills and vision.
From beautiful tablescapes to the prettiest cakes and other wonderful details – all the way down to our awesome DJ’s booth and outfit!
Pastel Cotton Candy Cocktails
To pair with this lovely shoot, Exquisite Taste Mobile Bartending created these beautiful, colorful cotton candy cocktails! So yum!!
Plus the whole bar cart setup was an absolutely perfect pairing with the theme!
A Wedding in Lace | Alexis + Justin
I LOVE doing styled shoots where the couples are couples in real life! All the couples in this shoot are dating, engaged or married. Alexis and Justin are married and were so fun to work with, and they look SO GOOD!
Floral Wonderland | Bailey + Marcellous
To say these two are STUNNING together is a vast understatement! Above all, congratulations are in order because they’re now married since this shoot!

Tiffany and Hardin are engaged and GORGEOUS! In addition, they were so fun to work with all the bubbly fun personalities a photographer could ask for!
