Richard and Marie’s love story took a few detours, but they found their way back to their soul mate and are getting married in local Mesquite, Texas in Westlake Park! So, of course, it was the perfect spot to do their engagement session too!

Richard’s mom just so happens to also be my boss at my day job working at an animal clinic. I’ve heard and cheered on Richard and Marie finding their way back to one another over the last two years. Plus, we were the first ones to see Marie’s engagement ring since Richard mailed it to the clinic so Marie wouldn’t see it!

When Richard proposed to Marie, I was honored to be one of the first vendors they knew they wanted. Since I work so closely with Richard’s mom, she has spent hours watching me edit in down time at the clinic. And it makes me so happy to get to be a part of their love story!

They’re just absolutely the sweetest couple and I can’t wait to be back at Westlake Park in just a few weeks for their wedding in June! Best of luck with final wedding preparations Richard and Marie. I’ll see you in Mesquite in June!
